Some summer are cold, some kind of hot, and other just not enough sun or too much rain.  But this summer the garden did just want it was supposed to.  It bloomed to perfection in July.  This is the view out the door of my studio.  No wonder it is now a paining. And because it was just outside I could not stop painting which ended up with a statement painting 67 inches wide and 48 inches high.
